超浪費減肥法
夏天大熱天時整麵包最辛苦
就算好似今次咁夜媽媽整,都流晒汗
再加上我落左whole wheat flour, 想搓到個dough快d起筋都難
又乾,又硬,唔知係我手勢錯定點啦
平時搓15分鐘既dough,今次搓到我手甩都未得
咁樣都算唔係一個不錯的減肥方法吧
榴另外仲prepare左薯蓉,我都冇壓薯蓉果個tool
當然又操勞左一陣~
咁你會話就算包包係全麥,但係薯蓉咁肥
之前所消耗左既energy都一下子返晒黎啦
no no...錯晒~榴包餡料既技術仲好唔掂架....囧TZ
一時得一時唔得,以前成功既例子都係成敗過再試返黎架
唉.....榴係超鍾意食薯蓉包包架.....
我好唔捨得你呀包~~!!!!!! TT口TT
